1. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • Eligible products for return: damaged, defective, counterfeit, or not as described.

  • Non-returnable items: food products (unless expired) and personal items such as shaving tools or underwear.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, with the invoice and full packaging included.

  • The product will be inspected before approval of return or exchange.

  • Refunds are processed using the same payment method within 3–5 business days, or 7–10 days for Apple Pay.

  • Al Safwa Mart covers return shipping costs if the return is due to an error from the store or a defective product.

  • If the return is made at the customer’s request, delivery fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

2. Reasons for Exchange

  • Product damaged during shipping.

  • Defective or incorrect item.

  • Missing items from the order.

  • Wrong product delivered.

 

3. Warranty / Guarantee

  • Some products include a warranty, and the duration is mentioned on the product page.

  • To claim warranty service, the original invoice must be presented.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, breakage, or unauthorized repair.

  • If the product has an authorized local agent, the customer may contact them directly for warranty service.

 

4. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is available across all areas of Kuwait through the store’s own fleet or authorized delivery partners.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered the next day between 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

  • Delivery fee: 2 Kuwaiti Dinars.

  • Minimum order: 8 Kuwaiti Dinars.

  • Delivery is available every day, including Fridays and public holidays.

  • If the customer is unavailable, the order may be delivered to someone present at the address, and their signature will be considered official confirmation of receipt.

  • For bulk or wholesale orders, delivery time may vary depending on quantity and availability, and scheduling will be coordinated in advance with the customer.

 

5. Privacy and Data Protection Policy

  • Customer data is collected to facilitate orders and improve services.

  • Financial information is stored in a secure, encrypted environment under the “My Account” section.

  • Personal data is not shared with third parties unless legally or financially required.

  • Data may be used to send offers or marketing notifications, and the customer may unsubscribe at any time.

  • The website uses cookies to collect non-personal data and enhance the user experience.

  • Al Safwa Mart reserves the right to update its privacy policy at any time, and changes become effective immediately upon publication.

 

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All website content is the property of Al Safwa Mart, including images, text, logos, and product descriptions.

  • It is forbidden to copy or reuse any part of the content for any purpose without prior written permission.

 

7. Force Majeure

  • Al Safwa Mart is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or service interruptions.
